Visit the Workshop
Go to the public Workshop and interact. Select Toolkit in Recipes, check that its material amounts are available and keep quantity 1. Choose Craft. On a small screen, Recipes returns to the recipe list.

Assemble three pieces
Drag the highlighted component onto its matching blueprint outline, or select the component and then click or tap the outline. Place three components. On a controller, use A on the focused piece and location. Stay nearby and alive until production finishes; one Toolkit takes at least five seconds.

Collect the result
Receive one Toolkit and 10 crafting XP, also counted as Toolkit mastery.
