Owning a house design and using a plot are separate. A house shell is listed as a house design in the menu. Designs remain owned by your character. Plots are exclusive to one character in the current running server and are released when access ends.

Claim your free Starter home

1

Browse house designs

Visit Bank and choose Browse properties, or open House from the menu. The Realty screen separates Homes, My homes and Plots.
2

Claim the free shell

In Homes, view the Starter home, choose Claim Starter home and confirm. This costs nothing and can be claimed once per character.
3

Claim a free plot

Select Find a Plot for your owned Starter home. Inspect the actual location with the previous/next arrows, then choose Claim Plot · $0 for an available Free Starter Plot and confirm while near the bank/clerk or that plot’s door.
4

Find your home

Use the guide to reach your plot. The Starter home and workshop are ready there.
Free Starter plots support only the Starter home. A plot may be occupied or unavailable in a particular map; use the actual availability shown in the menu.

Buy and place another design

1

Buy a design

Browse Homes, open a listing’s details and review its actual preview, tier, size and price. Choose Buy house design while near the bank/clerk and confirm the bank payment.
2

Rent an available plot

Choose Find a Plot for an owned design. The camera shows its proposed position at each supported plot. Use the side arrows or controller shoulder buttons to compare locations. Claim Plot · $250 charges $250 from your bank for that server session, with no recurring payments.
3

Place your owned design

Confirm the selected plot to rent it and place your chosen design. To change the design on your existing plot, preview another owned design and use Select Property. Stay near the bank/clerk or your plot’s door. The preview is temporary; it creates no property rights until confirmed.
4

Manage your properties

Use My homes to view permanently owned designs, inspect plot rights, find a plot or guide to the current home. Canceling a plot preview returns to Realty and restores your gameplay camera. Occupancy and eligibility update during preview; another player’s claim can make a plot unavailable.

Compact home

Tier 2 · $5,000One level. Requires a suitable paid plot.

Family home

Tier 3 · $12,000One level. Requires a suitable paid plot.

Executive home

Tier 4 · $24,000Two levels. Requires a suitable paid plot.

Luxury Estate

Tier 5 · $40,000Two levels. Requires a suitable paid plot.
You can use one plot at a time. Renting a paid plot replaces your free Starter plot access. Buying a design alone does not claim land. Placing a different owned design has no separate placement charge and does not remove your other designs. Placement uses the offered plots; there is no free placement anywhere on the map. Existing mapped properties may be rentable without supporting building replacement. An unsuitable or obstructed plot cannot accept a design. Finish or recover an active ATM job before changing the building.

Doors and workshop

At your front door, use the compact Open door or Close door action. Manage Property opens Realty when you need it. Visitors see availability information. Only the renter can operate the door. A closed door blocks entry; opening it allows passage. There is no invited-guest permission system yet. Your house has a crafting bench and drill press access. Toolkit crafting works at either the public Workshop or your own bench; Pistol and Rifle crafting require your own bench. Bring a stolen ATM and spare bits into your home to use the drill press.

Leaving and reconnecting

  • End lease releases your plot. Purchased designs remain yours; the plot payment is not refunded.
  • Disconnecting holds your plot for ten minutes in the same running server. The door closes during this grace period.
  • Return to that same server before the grace expires to retain access. A different server does not inherit your plot.
  • Switching characters or the server shutting down ends plot access. You must claim or rent available land again.
  • Losing a plot removes its physical ATM setup, but saved drilling work can be recovered; see ATM recovery.

Moving to another plot

Your designs move with your character’s ownership. To leave a paid plot, use End lease, then rent another available plot and place an owned design. Renting a paid plot can replace free Starter plot access. Finish or recover ATM work before changing buildings.
There are no mortgages, financing, repossession or lease-to-own options. There is no invited-guest permission system; only the renter can operate the door.
